How do I bake my Wildgrain items?

All Wildgrain products are designed to be baked from frozen. Simply preheat your oven according to the instructions on the packaging, place your items on a baking sheet, and bake for the recommended time—usually 25 minutes or less.

How should I store my Wildgrain box?

As soon as your box arrives, place all loaves, pasta, and pastries in your freezer. Our products are flash-frozen to preserve freshness without the use of artificial preservatives, so they must stay frozen until you are ready to bake.

Do I need to be home when my delivery arrives?

No, you do not need to be home. We ship our boxes with eco-friendly insulation and dry ice to ensure your products stay frozen until the end of the delivery day. We recommend unpacking your box into the freezer as soon as you are able.

Can I skip a month or cancel my subscription?

Absolutely. You have full control over your subscription through your Member Account. You can skip a delivery, change your frequency, or cancel your membership at any time before your next billing date.

What makes Wildgrain bread different from grocery store bread?

Wildgrain offers artisanal, slow-fermented sourdough and hand-cut pasta made with clean ingredients. Unlike mass-produced bread, our sourdough undergoes a long fermentation process that is better for digestion and provides a superior crust and flavor.

Are your products vegan or gluten-free?

Many of our sourdough breads and certain pastas are vegan-friendly, but we currently do not offer gluten-free options. You can find a full list of ingredients and nutritional information for every product on our website.
